Dayog KABORE, Founder of AFOODS® Group
Our founder Dayog KABORE is an award-winning food entrepreneur, multilingual consultant and political scientist. He’s worked in Africa and Europe as a research fellow and consultant on sustainable economy and development, regional security and development governance, among others, before embarking on entrepreneurship in 2018. In addition to his work as a food entrepreneur, particularly in the field of circular economy through the use of African traditional knowledge, Dayog KABORE works on racial equity through various initiatives. Even though his work as a food entrepreneur takes up a lot of his time, he still enjoys providing consultation on the above-mentioned topics and now also on food innovation management.
